You’re not broken — you’re evolving.

Therapy for Women in London Bridge and Online. Helping you navigate anxiety, burnout, perimenopause, and life transitions.

Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and explore what’s next.

A space for women navigating change — motherhood, identity shifts, burnout, perimenopause — who want to understand themselves more deeply and move forward with confidence.

I offer therapy for women in London Bridge (SE1) and online worldwide, supporting burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, and pivotal life transitions, as well as anxiety and depressive disorders.

About Me

I’m a therapist in London Bridge with over 17 years’ experience, and I specialise in working with women during pivotal moments of change. This can include therapy for burnout, stress, adjusting to motherhood, anxiety, perimenopause, work related stress, and many other factors that affect women. I tend to work with women in their 30’s and 40’s, however I work with women of all ages.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative.
I bring compassion, humour, and directness — always with care.

I don’t believe that therapists have it all figured out.
I do believe in creating a space where you can be fully yourself, explore what’s happening in your life, and build understanding and steadiness from the inside out.

Our work together is shaped by you.
We move at your pace.
There’s room for complexity, uncertainty, laughter, and honesty.

Above all, therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with yourself — and supporting you as you explore what your next chapter might look like.

I offer therapy:

  • In person in London Bridge

  • Online, for flexibility around work and family life

You can book:

  • a free intro call if you’d like to see how it feels to talk

  • or a session directly, using a short booking form

When you have booked, this will happen:

  1. You will receive a brief call from me where you can ask any questions you feel are relevant and we will make sure that therapy is the right place for you.

  2. We will book our first session either in person or online.

  3. Fees are £120 per session and need to be paid at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Once paid, your appointment is confirmed.

  4. We’ll start this journey in therapy together.

You don’t need the “right” reason to start.
You don’t need to be at breaking point.
If something in you feels ready to explore, that’s enough.

At some point, many women notice a quiet shift.

You might be getting on with life — working, parenting, caring, managing — yet feeling strangely disconnected from yourself.
Things that once felt familiar don’t anymore.
You’re capable, but something feels off.

You might find yourself googling “why am I overwhelmed at work?'“, “signs of burnout in working mums”, “early signs of perimenopause”, “why do I feel so anxious?” or “feeling lost in my 40’s”. If you’re constantly wondering what is happening, therapy might be a good place to start.

Often, this happens during periods of change:

  • becoming a parent

  • navigating perimenopause or hormonal shifts

  • questioning your relationship or career

  • realising you’ve been giving so much outward that you’ve lost touch with yourself

You might tell yourself you should be coping better.
You might minimise what you’re feeling.
You might wonder whether this is “just how it is now”.

But what if this isn’t something to push through —
what if it’s something to listen to?

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing yourself or proving that things are “bad enough”.

It can be a place to:

  • slow down and make sense of what’s changing

  • reconnect with who you are beneath the roles and expectations

  • understand your patterns with compassion rather than judgement

  • explore questions about identity, direction, and what matters now

This is a space for curiosity —
for noticing what’s emerging —
and for giving yourself permission to evolve.

Many women tell me that starting therapy feels less like a crisis decision, and more like a turning point:
a choice to come back to themselves.

If you’re feeling curious about yourself again

if you sense that something is changing —
and you’d like support as you reconnect and explore what’s next,

I’d love to work with you.
